Rebranding ten locations should not mean ten vendors
When every site has its own sign shop, you get ten versions of your brand, ten permit timelines and ten invoices that do not match.
Saxton Signs runs the whole program. One survey standard, one set of drawings, one permit process, one install schedule and one contact who knows where every location stands.
What we handle
- Site surveys at every location. We measure and photograph each site before anything is built.
- Brand-compliant design packages. Your standards applied to buildings that are never the same size.
- Permitting in every town. Different codes, different offices, one team filing them.
- Fabrication in our own shop. Same materials, same finish, same color across every site.
- Scheduled installation. Phased or all at once, including nights and weekends when stores cannot close.
- Ongoing service. One number to call when a letter goes dark in year three.
Built for deadlines
We re-signed 85 bank branches in a single weekend. Every location open Monday morning under the new brand. That is the kind of rollout we are built for.
Who we work with
Restaurant and retail franchise groups, banks and credit unions, convenience store and fuel brands, healthcare networks, and corporate groups rolling out a new identity.
Frequently asked questions
How many locations can you handle at once?
We have run programs from five sites to more than eighty. Tell us the count and the deadline and we will tell you how we would phase it.
Do you work outside New York?
Yes. We work across New York and Pennsylvania from our Castleton-on-Hudson and Warren locations, and we travel for program work.
Who handles the permits?
We do, in every town. That is usually the part that slows a rollout down, so we start it early.
Can you work nights and weekends?
Yes. Most of our rollout installs happen outside business hours so locations stay open.
